Strathcona Hotel

Our involvement with this Victoria landmark began in 1990 with the development of the Sticky Wicket Pub, which involved an addition and alterations to create a new pub with a full-service kitchen and rooftop patio.

The addition was designed to respect and complement the heritage-registered original six-storey hotel building using modern materials to replicate its terracotta facade.

Our ongoing involvement has been nearly continuous and includes renovations to the Games Room, Rooftop Volleyball Courts, the Clubhouse, the Liquor Store, the hotel lobby, hotel rooms, the lower level nightclub, and Big Bad John’s.
