The Terraces

The proposed development will provide 130 new seniors housing units integrated with a primary care clinic, pharmacy services, underground parking, extensive resident amenities, and significant landscape improvements.

Together with the existing 54-unit Trillium Lodge, the project will create a comprehensive seniors campus that supports aging in place while improving access to healthcare services for both residents and the surrounding community.
